I currently work as a Content Designer for Align Technology, the maker of Invisalign clear aligners & iTero intra-oral scanners. My responsibilities concern designing training materials for sales personnel, as well as designing the UI/UX experience of Align's online learning. I work with a multi disciplinary team, in multiple states and countries to help create engaging and adaptive designs and content to improve the sales force for Align.
Design for the new Global Learning Management System for Align using Docebo which will serve over 20,000 employees.
I developed a rebrand for the social training component of the site, to convey a sense of community while adhering to the strict brand guidelines for Align.
I focused on injecting provocative imagery and color, while keeping a clean tile design that appeals to the sales demographic.
The dock follows the user as they use the site, which provides coursework information, deadlines, and gamification elements.
